The room was a comfortable Standard Twin Room. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It had plenty of options.
I also noticed a significant lack of staff in the evenings, SUCH a disappointment.

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Views

The room had a SMEG fridge and a kettle. A tea and coffee selection was available. Welsh cakes added a lovely touch. The bathroom included his and hers sinks. a bath and walk-in rain shower. I had a comfortable king size bed with crisp white sheets and plump pillows.
I found the music to be appallingly loud with an insistent beat in the afternoon. I had to leave abruptly because of the noise. I think it spoiled what could have been a pleasant experience.

The hotel is situated on a cliff above the golden sands. It's only a two-minute walk to the town centre. A selection of independent shops, bars, restaurants and coffee shops are nearby, in addition to several well-known retailers.

The restaurant has a good menu selection highlighting local roots. The food was well presented and delicious. The hardworking team served the meals. They were attentive. I appreciated the hard work put in by the staff.

Customer service was amazing. The staff are all so pleasant, always exceeding my needs. The staff is always too willing to help, especially with my wife's wheelchair. They assist us daily. I find that level of support reassuring.
